Pricing
JCDM charge a fixed
hourly rate for consultancy, however some services come with a fixed price
for your convenience and security. We will initially discuss your
requirements with you, and once we have had a chance to investigate a problem
we will give you an idea of how long it will take to solve.
If new hardware or
software is needed you will be consulted before any additional costs are
incurred.
The Minimum charge is one
hour, and you will get a full hour!
At present we only
provide Home Computer Support for customers in the West
Midlands area.
